Telvinder Singh Gill is the founding partner at Gill Basi Brar Personal Injury Law. Telvinder obtained his Bachelor of Computer Science in 2001. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Telvinder went on to be licenced by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008.
As managing partner, Telvinder plays an important role for the company as the front-line person for the firm. Telvinder has dedicated his entire career fighting insurance companies and helping injured clients get the settlement they deserve.
He is also well known and trusted in the Brampton Punjabi community and all over the greater Toronto area for his hard work and dedication to the community. Telvinder has a tremendous ability to effectively communicate with clients in their native Punjabi language, hence giving people a feeling of connection and understanding during the complicated legal process.
In his spare time, Telvinder enjoys travelling and spending time with his beautiful wife and three children.

Rajan Basi

Rajan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University's Law and Society Program in 2005.
Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, Rajan attended law school at Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, Rajan was chosen to participate in the Canadian Summer Externship Program in Ottawa. Rajan also participated in the MSU tax clinic, assisting indigent clients with IRS tax disputes.
In 2008, Rajan earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Michigan State University and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar. From 2009 to 2010, Rajan practiced law in Chicago, Illinois and gained valuable experience in insurance defence and civil litigation.
In 2011, Rajan returned to Canada and completed his articles at a boutique civil litigation firm in the Greater Toronto Area. Rajan was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2013. Since being called to the Bar, Rajan has focused his legal practice exclusively on personal injury litigation practicing at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Toronto for over four years before forming Gill Basi Brar LLP in 2018.
In his over 10 years of legal practice, Rajan has represented clients at FSCO Arbitrations, proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and proceedings before The Social Security Tribunal of Canada. Rajan has secured millions of dollars in settlements and possesses a proven track record of success for his clients.
